This bangle combines a vintage sterling spoon handle and a healthy thick sterling strip with a hook. The spoon pattern is Saint Leon by Wallace and was only made in 1890. It’s lightly oxidized to show off its pattern and then polished to a high shine.
I fits a wrist about size 6-7”. Measure with a flexible tape around the wrist including the bone.
