NOT of the techno age……

Over my years of using apple products I have to admit I know just enough to carry out necessary tasks.  Period, no more than that.  So, when Shopify, email, facebook, etc. have a glitch I am done for.  Trouble shooting isn’t in my knowledge base.  Having never had these products when I was in school the basic how to info just isn’t there.

I typed my masters thesis on an electric typewriter.  Used white out as an error corrector.  Believe me I had errors.  So when I turned it in, my advisor politely asked me if I would like it professionally typed.  WOW!  Game changer for me.  

Where is that typist now when I need her?  I mistakenly deleted the Earrings category from my website.  Shopify doesn’t tell me how to retrieve it again either.
